SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
All orders are processed and packaged 1-2 open days of ordering, Monday to Friday (weekend orders will be processed on Monday).
Please allow up to 3 business days to receive your order domestically. International orders can take 7 – 14 business days to arrive, but sometimes faster. As soon as your item is dispatched, you will be notified via email, and a tracking number will be provided to you in order to track your item. All orders are packaged in an unmarked parcel or box, and we do our best to ensure your items are bubble wrapped to the best possible standards to ensure safe arrival.

We take care of your package and reship it for FREE if it meets one of the following criteria’s below:
- Lost
- Damaged
We contact Canada Post for you.
You need to sign the package upon receiving it and verify that everything is good. Once you have signed the package, we are no longer responsible for your order.
REFUND POLICY
We do not accept returns or exchanges once our product has left our facilities. Doing the nature of research and educational affairs, we can not accept returned products because they can not be resold. Research industry licenses prohibit us from reselling products to customers or research laboratories.
We make no exception to this policy. In case of breakage during transport, please provide us with photo proof with an invoice to [email protected] , and we may return the damaged item.
